Enrichment Specialist
Under general supervision, is responsible for supervising and assisting the individuals we support in reaching their goals.

Employment Specialist
Under general supervision, is responsible for supervising and assisting the individuals we support in reaching their goals in a production environment.

Community Enrichment Specialist
Under general supervision, is responsible for supervising and assisting individuals we support in reaching their goals through community-based activities.

Community Employment Specialist
Under general supervision, is responsible for supervising and assisting individuals we support in reaching their goals through employment-based activities.

Community Coach (Mecklenburg & Guilford Districts Only)
Under limited supervision, this person is responsible for placing individuals in the most appropriate employment setting, volunteer or community activity and for assisting him/her on a daily basis in Mecklenburg County only.

Community Based Rehabilitative Services Enrichment Specialist
Under general supervision, the primary purpose of this position is the implementation of a child’s individual treatment plan. The Community Based Rehabilitative Service is designed to teach parents how to best support the development of their child who is not, or who is at risk of not typically developing.

Residential Enrichment Specialist
Under general supervision, responsible for supervising and assisting group home residents with activities and individual goals. Acts as lead person on assigned shift and is responsible for instructing other staff in the correct procedures.

Senior Employment Specialist
Under limited supervision, this person is responsible for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities with the best and most complete programming possible to meet individual daily needs in an offsite community integrated or employment setting.

Teacher or Lead Teacher
Under general supervision, the primary purpose of this position is to develop individual goals for the students and plan and implement activities toward those goals.

Teacher Assistant
Under general supervision, the primary purpose of this position is to assist the teacher in implementing daily activities for students.

Targeted Case Manager
Under limited supervision, is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and advocating services on behalf of the individuals with developmental disabilities/mental illness which we support.

Program Coordinator
Under limited supervision, performs program duties to include case coordination for individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness, planning and implementing activities to ensure that the needs of program individuals are met, and insuring compliance with applicable standards. Also may oversee daily activities of Direct Care Staff.

Qualified Professional
Under limited supervision is responsible for coordinating, overseeing and supervising activities and personnel involved in DD (Developmental Disabilities) programs, ensuring compliance with relative rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
